Return Process

  Contact our dedicated sleep support team via email or our online portal with your order number to start your 90-day trial return.

  Pack Your Product

  Securely place your Nuzzle™ Pillow in its original packaging or a suitable shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
